Phillips, Weaver, Zehr, Watson

McIDAS-formatted GOES-8 and GOES-10 imagery covering the May 3, 1999 tornadic outbreak in Oklahoma and Kansas have been added to the CIRA-RAMM Team's virtual laboratory archive for public access via the Internet.  Data from all Imager channels, as well as Sounder imagery, is available from both satellites in their normal 15-minute interval image scanning mode.   The Virtual Lab site can be found at http://www.cira.colostate.edu/RAMM/trngtbl.htm#vlab
