2The OptSat-3000 military/reconnaissance satellite is included here because of its similarity to EROS-C1. OptSat-3000 is correctly identified and depicted in the stamp Israel 2281b, but the satellite also matches the environmental-observing satellite EROS-C1. However, EROS-C1 was canceled and the satellite was never launched.
