• The RAMM Team OPTORAs for FY99 were prepared and sent to ARAD headquarters.  Team members met with their sub-working groups to identify their annual goals and deliverables.  These were then "massaged" into a format suitable for inclusion in the overall division OPTORAs.  Budget figures were developed as well.

• The RAMM Team completed its annual review process for FY98 the week of November 13.  All team members have defined their performance elements for FY99.  Copies were forwarded to ARAD.
