Below are biographical sketches for the authors of this Website.


Don Hillger, PhD, is a research meteorologist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and stationed at the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA. His topical interests include weather stamps, un-manned satellites on stamps, satellite launch covers, and metric and standards stamps. Garry Toth, MSc, is a research meteorologist with Environment Canada at the Prairie and Arctic Storm Prediction Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
